5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Season the Chicken: Begin by generously seasoning both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance flavor.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the chicken breasts in the skillet. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they develop a golden-brown crust and are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.

      Sauté Garlic and Vegetables: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Allow it to melt, then add the minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant (be careful not to burn it). Next, add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet, sautéing for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften and release their juices. Finally, toss in the fresh spinach and cook just until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

        Make the Creamy Sauce: Carefully pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine with the sautéed vegetables. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
