1 cup almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably dairy-free)

1/2 cup whole almonds, roasted and unsalted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Prepare a Baking Sheet: Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will give the oat bites a non-stick surface to firm up on after shaping.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and sea salt. Stir these dry ingredients together thoroughly until they are well blended.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until the consistency is smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.

        Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir everything together until the oats are fully coated and you achieve a sticky texture. If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash of water or an additional spoonful of almond butter to loosen it up.
