1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (choose between flour or corn)

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado, lime wedges, chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for the foil packs.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the extra-virgin olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until they form a cohesive marinade.

      Toss the Chicken and Vegetables: Add the sliced chicken, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and onion into the mixing bowl. Gently toss everything together until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated with the flavorful marinade.

        Create Foil Packs: Lay out four large pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long. Divide the marinated chicken and vegetable mixture evenly among the foil sheets, placing it in the center of each piece.
