1/2 cup almond butter (or your preferred nut/seed butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup diced cheese (suggestions: cheddar or gouda)

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup thinly sliced salami or prosciutto, chopped

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1 tsp finely chopped fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) for an aromatic touch

Mix the Base: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to thoroughly mix until all the ingredients are well blended and create a sticky texture.
