1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or a homemade equivalent)

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for a crispy topping)

1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for greasing the dish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures it’s at the right temperature when you're ready to bake.

    Prepare the Casserole Dish: Take a 9x13 inch casserole dish and grease it generously with olive oil or melted butter to prevent sticking.

      Cook the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets in a pot or steamer for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are just tender but still vibrant. If you’re using frozen broccoli, ensure it is fully thawed and excess water is drained off.

        Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed or thawed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is creamy.

          Incorporate the Cheese: Gently fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and all of the grated Parmesan cheese into the rice-broccoli mixture until evenly distributed.
