      Scramble the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk them together until blended, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs into the same skillet, and cook them, stirring gently, until they are just set but still slightly creamy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
