1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup honey

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust based on heat preference)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the spices. Let the seasoned chicken rest for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
