1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust more to taste if desired)

1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, with extra for serving

1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped (set aside some for garnish)

Optional: 1 cup cooked shrimp or grilled chicken for an added protein boost
