2 cups fresh mushrooms (shiitake or cremini), sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas (or your preferred wraps)

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sauté the Mushrooms:

    - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté them for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown and become tender.

      Add Flavor:
