Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (choice of full-fat or low-fat)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (choose maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for an added crunch)

A pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk the ingredients together thoroughly until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Prepare the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries gently under cold water, then carefully pat them dry with a paper towel. For strawberries, hull them first and slice into smaller bite-sized pieces to mix seamlessly.

Combine Berries with Yogurt: Gently fold the prepared mixed berries into the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to crush the berries; you want them to retain their shape. If you desire additional texture, fold in the granola at this stage, mixing gently until everything is well coated.

Scoop and Shape Clusters: Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop the yogurt-berry mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Aim for clusters that are about 1-2 tablespoons in size to allow for easy snacking.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Serve and Store: Once frozen, carefully remove the clusters from the baking sheet. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer. They are best enjoyed straight from the freezer as a refreshing and healthy snack or dessert.

Optional Garnish: If you want to elevate the presentation and flavor, drizzle a little extra honey over the clusters or sprinkle some crushed nuts just before serving for an added crunch.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes | Servings: Approximately 12 clusters
