1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your desired sweetness level)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (opt for 70% cocoa or higher for richness)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (for melting the chocolate)

A pinch of sea salt

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Using a whisk, mix these ingredients until you achieve a uniform and creamy consistency.

    Incorporate Coconut: Carefully fold in the shredded coconut with a spatula, making sure it's evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture without overmixing.

      Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips along with the coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly before use.
