Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (choose plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 large fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

10-12 graham crackers (or your preferred cookies)

1/4 cup chocolate or almond slivers (optional, for added crunch and flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk the mixture together until it’s smooth and well blended. Taste the yogurt mixture and adjust the sweetness as needed.

Assemble the Sandwiches: Take a graham cracker and spoon a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture onto it, smoothing it out to cover the surface slightly. Layer 2-3 slices of fresh strawberry on top of the yogurt.

Complete the Sandwich: Place another graham cracker on top of the strawberry layer, pressing down gently to create a sandwich. Continue this assembly process until all your ingredients (crackers, yogurt mixture, and strawberries) are used up.

Freeze the Sandwiches: Arrange the assembled sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet. For added indulgence, you can sprinkle chocolate or almond slivers over the yogurt layer before placing them in the freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the sandwiches are completely solid.

Serving Time: When you're ready to enjoy your frozen yogurt sandwiches, take them out of the freezer and allow them to sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. If you prefer smaller bites, you can slice each sandwich in half before serving. Enjoy your delightful frozen treats!
