8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced green chilies (canned or fresh)

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

12 oz sliced turkey breast

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions
 

Start by preparing the filling: In a medium mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until creamy and smooth. Add in the diced green chilies, chopped cilantro (if using), garlic powder, ground cumin, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Take one tortilla and place it flat on a clean work surface. Using a spatula, evenly spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture across the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges for easy rolling.

      On top of the cream cheese layer, arrange a generous amount of sliced turkey breast. Follow this with a handful of shredded lettuce, and optionally sprinkle with diced tomatoes and sliced black olives for added flavor and texture.

        Begin rolling the tortilla tightly from one end, ensuring the filling stays inside as you form it into a log shape. Roll as snug as possible without forcing the filling out of the sides.
