1 tablespoon olive oil

6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup crispy croutons

½ cup Caesar dressing (your choice of store-bought or homemade)

Fresh lemon wedges, for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Generously rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts to enhance flavor.
