Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • None leaves lettuce
  • None slices sliced tomato
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Transfer the herb butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap, shape it into a log, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined; do not overwork the meat.
  • Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small, flat patty. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
  • Cook the turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of the chilled herb butter on top of each slider patty to melt.
  • While the sliders are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster. Spread a generous amount of garlic aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf, a turkey patty topped with melted herb butter, and a slice of tomato on each bun's bottom half. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
  • These sliders are best enjoyed warm with your favorite sides!
