2 cups fresh peaches, sliced (approximately 3 medium peaches)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled goat cheese

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, make sure to place it in the oven so it can heat up properly along with the oven.

    Prepare the Peach Topping: In a mixing bowl, add the sliced peaches. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in the thyme, along with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Gently toss the peach slices to ensure they are well-coated with the seasoning.

      Assemble the Pizza: On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza crust to your desired thickness—ideally around ¼ inch thick for a crispy base. Carefully transfer the rolled crust onto a pizza peel or a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper for easy handling.
