1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (for a deeper flavor)

2 tablespoons olive oil
