2 cups elbow macaroni

1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in light syrup, drained and chopped

3 cups vegetable broth (preferably low-sodium)

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
