1 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)

    Prepare the Puff Pastry: On a clean, lightly floured work surface, gently roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth out any creases. Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, carefully cut the pastry into 12 equal rectangles, each measuring approximately 3x5 inches.

      Season the Ham and Cheese: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sliced ham with garlic powder, dried thyme, a sprinkle of salt, and pepper to taste. Toss the ingredients together until the ham is evenly coated with the seasonings.

        Assemble the Twists: Take one rectangle of pastry and spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over one half of the rectangle.
