2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

Juice of 1 fresh lime

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced into small cubes

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

For the Tacos:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 ripe avocado, sliced

Fresh lime wedges, for serving

Marinate the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss the shrimp until evenly coated in the marinade. Cover and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to enhance.

    Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a separate medium bowl, combine the diced mango, finely chopped red onion, diced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
