1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt until fully combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
