    Prepare the Zucchini: Rinse the zucchinis under cold water and pat them dry with a towel. Using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer, cut the zucchinis into thin slices, aiming for about 1/8 inch in thickness. Consistent thickness is important for even cooking and crispness.

      Mix the Seasoning: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir vigorously until all the spices are well blended into the oil, creating a flavorful coating for the zucchini.
